massage therapist

Y Nguyen

Registered Massage Therapist

Y is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating from Mohawk College, with more than 300 hours hands-on, including providing massage therapy at senior homes, participation house, hospitals and student clinic, and working with a great variety of clients, from young to elderly.

Y has always wanted to be in health care and help others, and Massage Therapy is one way to do that. She was inspired by one of her close friends, after listening to her friend about how great massage therapy could help people, so little but leave such great impact on people's life, and how it would make her feels, like she did something matter, she has decided that she would like to give people such care as well. One of her favourite things being an RMT is to see how clients leaving the room all relaxed and happy, or to know that they fell asleep during the treatment. Her type of treatment is relaxation, with slow and deep pressure, in addition, she also often suggests some simple home care to clients like stretches or hydrotherapy to help maintain good condition. She found that her treatments often help people with desk jobs, or students, people with tension in shoulders, neck and upper body.

Holistic Nutritionist

Dan Semenuk

Holistic Nutritionist, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage

Dan is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with a background in holistic nutrition, psychology, rehabilitation, and restorative wellness.

Dan’s path into this work began through a personal search for better health, energy, and balance. Like many of the people he work with, he’s experienced periods of stress, burnout, digestive challenges, and the feeling that something was "off" despite doing many of the right things. That journey taught him that lasting wellness rarely comes from quick fixes. It comes from understanding the body as an interconnected system and supporting it at the root.

Dan hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and attained a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition through the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN) in Toronto. His clinical interests include digestive health, stress physiology, nervous system regulation, metabolic health, cognitive performance, detoxification, and herbal medicine.

Before transitioning into nutrition, Dan spent more than 15 years working in Acquired Brain Injury rehabilitation. That experience profoundly shaped how he views healing, resilience, and the body's capacity to recover when given the right support.

Dan’s approach combines evidence-informed nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle medicine, herbal therapeutics, and restorative care. I focus on helping clients address the underlying factors contributing to symptoms such as digestive dysfunction, fatigue, brain fog, chronic stress, blood sugar imbalance, inflammation, and nervous system disregulation.

Dan is also a Certified Indian Head Massage Practitioner, offering a unique blend of restorative bodywork alongside nutritional support . This integration allows him to address both the physiological and nervous system aspects of health, creating a more comprehensive and grounded approach to wellness.

What matters most to me is helping people reconnect with their energy, clarity, and vitality. My goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to help you build a stronger foundation for long-term health in a way that is practical, sustainable, and tailored to your life.

Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your health journey.

Outside of my practice, I'm a father, nature lover, and lifelong student of health and healing. You'll often find me hiking forest trails, studying herbal medicine, training in the gym, or enjoying the simple daily rituals that help keep life balanced.
